Tina Baughman

I am a financial advisor living in Northeast Indiana and serving clients and families across the nation. With over 30 years of experience, I champion for my clients and help them make informed decisions about their financial future. My team and I focus on honesty and customer service and have grown our practice through helping families for as many as four generations. To this day, I still meet regularly with my very first client.

While I never pictured myself in financial planning and insurance, I earned a business degree in marketing and communications from Indiana University. As I entered this field, I found it rewarding to help clients through the various stages of their financial lives, including helping their children and grandchildren, and I have never wanted to change careers. I work hard to understand my clients and their goals, both personally and professionally, so they feel secure in their financial future.

As a financial advisor, I have worked with a variety of broker-dealerships including Prudential, Legend Equities, Voya, and now Cetera Advisor Networks. I founded Integrity Financial Advisors, Inc. in 2016, with the intention of building a practice focused on each client’s unique needs and serving each family with integrity.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Mark, our adult children, and our grandson.  I love yard work and being outdoors with family and friends. Most weekends, you can find me exploring Fort Wayne’s trail system and my vacations often center around hiking and nature.
